# Reputation Insights

> Spot narratives on the move and compare how each AI platform tells your story.

The Insights tab answers two questions: what changed this period, and does every AI platform tell the same story? Switch between the two views using the toggle at the top.

## Narrative Movers

Four boards track stories bubbling to the surface, comparing your selected period against the previous one:

| Board         | Shows                                                |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| Rising        | The largest significant increases in % of responses  |
| Cooling       | The largest significant decreases in % of responses  |
| Just appeared | Narratives first seen this period                    |
| Gone quiet    | Narratives present last period, absent from this one |

Rising and cooling narratives show their previous and current share side by side, with the change in points. Click any narrative to open its detail page.

## Platform Comparison

The Theme Comparison matrix shows how each AI platform tells each theme. Themes are rows, platforms are columns, and each is measured against that platform's own responses, so a platform that talks less overall is still compared fairly.

* Toggle between **Sentiment score** and **% of responses** to compare tone or attention
* Switch on **Changes** to see how each cell moved since the previous period
* Hover over a cell for the full detail; an empty cell means that platform had no mentions in the theme this period

## What to Look For

* **A theme rising fast** - check whether it's positive momentum to build on or an emerging problem
* **One platform out of step** - if ChatGPT scores a theme far lower than the others, its sources or training data likely differ, and it may need its own plan
* **Gone quiet narratives** - a negative story disappearing is a win worth recording; a positive one fading may need reinforcing
