A project is the container for all your AI visibility monitoring - brands, prompts, and collected data.

Creating a Project

  1. Navigate to AI Visibility+ Create Project
  2. Enter a Project Name (e.g., “HubSpot - UK + US”)
  3. Set Check Frequency: Manual, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
  4. Click Create

Project Settings

Access via the gear icon in the project header.

Brands

  • Add your brand (mark as Primary) and competitors
  • Include Aliases for name variations - AI may refer to brands differently
  • One primary brand per project (highlighted in reports, used as default filter)

AI Services

Select which platforms to monitor: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude. Monitor all for complete coverage.

Check Frequency

Data Collection Runs

  • Request New Run triggers immediate data collection
  • Results typically arrive within 15-60 minutes
  • Automatic runs occur early morning (local time)

Tips

  • One project per focus area - keeps analysis clear
  • Naming convention: [Brand] - [Region/Market] or [Brand] - [Campaign]
  • Review monthly: Are brands and prompts still relevant? Any new competitors to add?
Deleting a project permanently removes all data - be careful!
