Filter Controls

Filters apply across all dashboard cards and persist as you navigate between report tabs.

Saved Views

Save the filters you use most and reopen them in one click from any report page.
  1. Set up your filters
  2. Open the chevron next to the page name in the breadcrumb
  3. Choose Save current view, check the filters listed in the dialog, and give the view a name
Saved views are listed in the same menu. Views for the current page appear first, and you can search across every page’s views, rename them, or delete them. Dates can be saved three ways: leave them out so the view uses whatever range you have active, pin the exact dates, or choose a rolling range such as Last 28 days or Previous month that resolves to fresh dates each time you apply it.

Visibility Chart

Plots one line per brand shown in the Industry Ranking card, so you can compare your trend against your competitors’. Hovering or clicking a row in that card highlights the matching line. Use the Visibility / Sentiment toggle to switch which metric is charted, and the D / W / M toggle to view daily, weekly or monthly buckets. The period toggles appear once the project has enough collected history.

Visibility

How often your brand appears in AI responses, as a percentage.
  • 90–100% = Excellent: your brand dominates the conversation
  • 70–89% = Strong: consistently recommended
  • 50–69% = Moderate: appearing but room to grow
  • Below 50% = Needs attention: competitors may be more visible

Sentiment

How favourably your brand is described when it does appear, as a 0–100 score. See Rankings for how the score is calculated. A period with no mentions has no sentiment to report, so the line bridges the gap rather than dropping to zero. A brand can hold steady visibility while its sentiment slides, which is why the two are worth reading side by side. Look for trends in either metric: upward (improving), downward (investigate), stable (consistent).

Industry Ranking

Your position versus competitors based on visibility score. Shows the top brands in your space with:
  • Rank and rank change (green ↑ improved, red ↓ declined)
  • Visibility score with trend indicator
  • Sentiment score (0–100) with colour band and trend
  • Brand logo and name

Brand Position Distribution

  • 1st position: mentioned first (highest prominence)
  • 2nd position: mentioned second
  • 3rd position: mentioned third
  • 4th and beyond: mentioned further down
First-mentioned brands typically receive the most attention. Track this distribution over time to see if your brand is moving higher in response order.
