The Prompts tab shows all your tracked prompts with performance data, helping you understand which questions drive visibility and which need attention.

| Top Brands | Up to 5 most-mentioned brands |
| Country | Geographic context with flag |
| Estimated Popularity | Relative search volume (5-dot scale) |
| Tags | Labels you’ve assigned |
Grouped By Topic
By default, the Prompts table opens in Group by Topic view. Topic rows summarise the prompts in that topic, including overall visibility, average position, and the top brands for the topic. Expand a topic to see the prompt rows beneath it using the same columns.
Visibility Score
Shows the percentage of AI responses that mention your selected brand for each prompt. Requires a brand and date range to be selected in the filter bar.
You can sort by visibility (click the column header) to find your strongest and weakest prompts.
Estimated Popularity
A 5-dot indicator showing the relative search intent behind each prompt within your project.
How it works
For each prompt, we derive a keyword that matches the underlying intent which represents a traditional web search query. We then use partner data vendors to retrieve the search volume for that keyword in the relevant country, providing a proxy for how much real-world demand exists behind the prompt.
This traditional search volume is mapped to a 5-point scale relative to the other prompts in your project:
| Dots | Level |
|---|
| 1 | Minimal |
| 2 | Low |
| 3 | Medium |
| 4 | High |
| 5 | Very High |
Hover for exact search volume. Popularity is relative to other prompts in your project.
:::note
Estimated Popularity is a directional data point — it helps you compare the relative importance of prompts within your project rather than providing an absolute measure. The “estimated” caveat reflects that search intent is used as a proxy for prompt popularity, which is imperfect but useful for prioritising which prompts matter most.

Tips
- Sort by visibility descending to find prompts where you’re already strong
- Sort ascending to find prompts where competitors dominate and you need to improve
- Use the visibility range filter to quickly find prompts below a threshold (e.g., under 30%)
- Click a prompt to jump to the dashboard filtered to that specific question
- Organise prompts into topics and use tags for additional dimensions — both power the Matrix view
Deleting prompts removes all their historical data and cannot be undone.
